CUSTOMER SERIVCE SUPERVISOR

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Fresh St Market you are passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customers consistently receive a fast, efficient, hassle free, friendly service experience. You will direct daily activities of the front end operations and ensure through coaching and feedback that all employees are ambassadors of Fresh St Market.

Requirements of the Customer Service Supervisor

• A Customer Service Excellence champion who thrives on encouraging the best in others.
• Previous experience supervising or leading teams in a Customer Service environment.
• Great communicator and motivator, able to work well with others and inspire enthusiasm.
• Able to create and sustain a culture that encourages enthusiasm, employee engagement and a positive atmosphere within the department.
• Adaptable to unexpected changes and availability for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
• Detail oriented and able to effectively multitask.
